Scope basics
Scope is the sheet-owned waveform view for simulation results and probes.
- After a run, use Probe on a pin tip or wire for voltage, or on a component body for current.
- Focus Scope to open its ribbon after Simulate, then choose Add signal. Search starts focused, supports signal-type filters, and stays open while you add several traces.
- Custom Part ports appear with instance-qualified names such as X1.IN; the canonical V(net) expression is shown underneath.
- Collapsed Scope views show a Restore Scope button in the document shell.
- Right-click a legend chip to hide, solo, remove, or attach cursors to that trace.
- AC plots show gain in dB and phase in degrees; cursor readouts keep those units plain.
Cursor measurements
- Place Cursor A first, then Cursor B. Measurement buttons name the trace they target; the same actions are available from that trace's menu.
- The in-plot readout shows x, y, delta, inverse delta, and slope for the active trace.
- Saved measurements aggregate over the full run, visible screen, or cursor window and stay organized in the resizable rail beside the chart.
