No license is granted to use, copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of OhmSpice or its proprietary source code, in whole or in part, except through the hosted-service access expressly permitted by the Terms of Service or with Variant Power's prior written permission.
Access to source code for review or evaluation does not grant a license to reproduce, distribute, use in production, or create a competing or derivative product. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Third-party software
This proprietary license does not restrict rights granted under licenses for third-party software included with OhmSpice. Those components, including ngspice and Pyodide, are governed by their respective license notices. Required source code and notices are available from Third-party software notices.

OHMSPICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
